How do I book my first appointment?
New colour clients start with a complimentary consultation — either in person (15 minutes) or over a quick video call. Fill in the form above with a few details and I’ll be in touch with available slots.
Do you take a deposit?
A 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking for any colour service over 90 minutes. It’s deducted from your final bill on the day, and refundable up to 48 hours before your appointment.
What’s your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any change or cancellation. Late cancellations are charged at 50% and no-shows at 100% — this protects the time set aside just for you.
Can I bring children?
The studio is a quiet, one-to-one space — for everyone’s comfort I kindly ask that little ones stay at home unless they’re booked in for their own appointment.
Are you accepting new clients?
Yes — the books open monthly. If a date you’d like is fully booked, I keep a short waitlist and will reach out the moment something opens up.
Where do I park?
Free on-site parking at the studio — pull right up to 24 Harvest Ridge. There’s plenty of room and you won’t need to worry about timed bays or pay-and-display.
