Hair length, density, condition and the colour history under your hair can all affect how much product and time your appointment needs — your final quote is confirmed at your in-person consultation, so there are never any surprises at the till. Larger appointments like Luxury Blonding, Maintain Me and The Luxury typically take 4–6 hours and are priced to reflect that.
A small price adjustment came in from 1 April 2026 to maintain the level of quality, products and experience the studio is built on. Larger appointments (Maintenance, Lived-in Luxury and Blonding) saw a slightly higher increase as they take 4–6 hours and require more time, product and detailed work. Yes — for any colour service over 90 minutes, I ask all new clients to come in for a complimentary consultation first. It’s short, no-pressure, and means we can get your colour right first time.
A bespoke blonde or balayage typically runs 3.5–5 hours, depending on length and density. Refresh appointments are around 90 minutes. I’ll always give you a realistic time when you book.
Correction is a multi-visit, multi-step process — rushing it is the fastest way to damage hair. I always start with a consultation and (if needed) a strand test, and we’ll plan the journey together.
I ask for 48 hours’ notice for any change or cancellation. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged at 50% and 100% of the service respectively, and a card on file is required at the time of booking.
